How Does it work?

Laser is a single wavelength of light that is concentrated into an intense beam of energy. When irradiated on the skin, the laser light energy is absorbed by skin pigment and converted to heat energy. When performing the laser treatment, a layer of carbon paste is applied on the entire face and allowed to dry over a period of 10 minutes. Then, the laser is used to heat and cause an implosion of the carbon particles. The laser light is absorbed by the carbon paste focusing the laser energy on the epidermis. As the laser moves across the skin the carbon paste is gently vacuumed up, exfoliating the skin and removing any debris in pores. The treatment minimizes pore sizes and the thermal effect of the laser beam stimulates collagen renewal. How many treatments will I need?

What improvements will I see?

You will see a reduction in pore size, fine lines and blemishes. Your skin tone will be improved and rejuvenated giving a more youthful appearance. It is advised to stay away from excessive sun exposure during the treatment period. Makeup cannot be applied after treatment; this can be applied the following day.

There is no restriction of daily activities after the treatment. The skin is often slightly pink immediately after treatment, but this subsides after a few hours. Resume post treatment with OIL-FREE cleansers and also OIL-FREE moisturizers to keep the pores clean.

How long do treatments take to perform?
